Grainne Carrickford-Kingston is Director of Learning and Development at “Coaching for Success” and she holds a Masters in Coaching & Mentoring Practice (Oxford-Brookes) and is an accredited Life Coach.

She has also received a QQI Award in Training and Development with the Irish Institute of Training & Development and is ICM accredited for Leadership Skills.  She is a seasoned professional with extensive years of experience and expertise.

This Training Course will be a live online virtual course where participation and interaction are both encouraged and expected.

Before each of our 5 weekly Modules there is some pre-course reading, and after each Module there is a little homework to be done in preparation for our next Module.  We have received feedback that delegates have found this to be very beneficial as it allows them an opportunity to apply the key learning(s) from the Course to their role.
